I had an issue with my battery starting, so I called triple A and they sent a guy out to come help me. Josh came out and easily tested my battery, found it was dead and quickly replaced it, just in enough time to get me to work. Josh was super friendly and honestly one of the best people they could’ve set out. Thank you again Josh for your help getting me going. I also had my car towed a couple days beforehand and Poncho came to tow it. A wonderful gentleman who certainly knows his stuff. Both were so amazing and so helpful with all the questions I had. Received towing service through AAA. The tow truck picked up vehicle from my home. The issue was a bad strut. The tow truck operator drove the vehicle onto the flatbed. While the flatbed was lowered with vehicle, I’m sure he applied the emergency brake until he could lift the flatbed. When we arrived at the auto repair, which I followed in my other vehicle, he drove the vehicle off the flatbed. While he was parking the vehicle, I was filling out the after hours envelop. I walked back over to the car to retrieve the key to place in the envelop. As he was packing up to pull off, I noticed the vehicle parked crooked in the parking spot, which puzzled me he would park the vehicle so crooked in a large space. I decided to straighten the vehicle out. When I got into the vehicle, I noticed the emergency brake was still applied. It was weird he would reapply the emergency parking brake in a level parking space. I attempted to release the emergency parking brake only to hear a loud noice and see that the parking brake malfunction signal was showing on the dash. Went through AAA hoping to resolve the issue. AAA stated that League City Towing denied fault. Why would the tow truck operator need to reapply an emergency brake in a level parking space? (rhetorical) He must have drove the vehicle off the flatbed with the emergency parking brake on. I have never had to apply my emergency parking brake. I’m sure it’s been applied once before since this is the second time I’ve had my vehicle towed since I’ve had it over many years. This issue did not exist until after this League City towing event. The repair for this issue is $3k+. An unplanned expense due to incompetence or complete disregard of a person’s property.

Matthew and His Co-Star were amazing! They made sure to keep in contact as they were on their way and even got there ahead of time. After they showed up they were both very kind and quick. And finally after dropping the car off in a challenging area, which they had no problem doing, they checked to make sure I was all good before leaving.
